Personal Injury

Car Accidents

Car accidents happen every day. Many people are seriously injured in these accidents through no fault of their own. They are entitled to be compensated under Florida law. The injured incur medical bills, lose wages, are often unable to resume their normal job or recreational activities, all because someone else wasn't paying attention to their driving or worse, they were drunk.

Adding insult to injury, those injured have to deal with insurance adjusters who are more interested in saving the insurance company money than in offering fair compensation for all losses involved. Many auto accident victims give tape recorded statements or attempt to negotiate with an insurance adjuster on their own. We feel this is a mistake. The adjusters are trained in the laws pertaining to accidents. Their job is to find a way to settle the claim for as little as possible. Most people injured in car accidents know next to nothing about auto accident laws. Under these circumstances, how could negotiations possibly be fair?

Premises Liability (Slip & Fall). We all expect the businesses we visit to be kept reasonably clean and safe from potential hazards. In fact Florida law requires business owners to keep their premises free from dangerous conditions and/or to warn patrons of any dangerous conditions that might exist. Most businesses are very good at keeping their premises in tip top shape. Unfortunately, some businesses simply don't act reasonably. They either inadvertently create a dangerous condition or fail to reasonably inspect their premises to discover dangerous conditions. This often results in serious injury to their customers. Our Firm has handled hundreds of premises liability cases over the years. We work to recover medical expenses, wage loss, and compensation for the injury suffered.

Products Liability

Our firm has years of experience and an excellent track record of representing individuals who have been injured as a result of an unsafe or defective product that was designed, manufactured, sold, and/or furnished by a person or company.
